                       Derek Walcott AIDPM BA MCGI Managing Director has over 14 years

                               experience in the Maritime Sector.  He was responsible for 

                               Implementing and managing Safety Management Systems 

                               for offshore AHTS, Supply and Utility Vessels.  As the Designated

                               Person of Authority and the Hr and HSE Manager of a leading Marine

                               Contracting Company that employed over two hundred

                               offshore workers.  It was his vision to provide professional training                                       for the ordinary seaman and to promote proactive protection for 

                               their safety and the environment.  This vision gave birth to North 

                               West Maritime Limited.

                               Roger holds a BBA in Labour Studies

                               Cdr. Fabien Gregory Walcott MSC. Ed. Em. Psc. Pjsc is the

                               Frm. Acting Commanding Officer of Trinidad and Tobago's Coast                                   Guard and  Designated Authority for thirty Port Facilities  

                               in Trinidad and Tobago inclusive of Energy, Cargo, Container 

                               and Crewship Ports. Cdr. Walcott attended The University

                               of Trinidad and Tobago and completed his Master's degree

                               in Maritime Management.  He was trained at the

                               Britannia Royal Naval College in the United Kingdom,

                               The Naval War College Newport Rhode Island USA

                               The Jamaica Maritime Institute, Kingston, Jamaica

                               The Canadian Coast Guard College and The

                               United States Coast Guard Reserve Training Center.
